Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale emerging technologies (e.g., quantum AI, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders, securing executive buy-in and resource allocation
- Build and manage an innovation lab focused on sustainable and ethical tech solutions
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical professionals across global markets
- Published thought leadership in future tech (patents, white papers, or keynotes)
- Fluency in English with exceptional strategic communication skills
