Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing emerging tech pilots (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, academic institutions, and industry consortiums
- Present innovation roadmaps and ROI projections to executive stakeholders
- Drive adoption of future-ready technologies across global operations
- Mentor junior talent in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- Exceptional strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets and cross-continental teams
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy (patents, journals, conferences)
- Fluency in English and one additional language (Spanish, Mandarin, or German preferred)
