Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy spanning 2024-2026, focusing on quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype emerging technologies with commercial potential
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and investor stakeholders
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio of published thought leadership or patented innovations
