Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and POC development
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout acquisition targets
- Represent company at global tech summits and industry roundtables
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep understanding of at least two emerging tech domains
- Experience with agile methodologies and lean startup principles
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
