Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and security teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech disruptors through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and scenario planning
- Collaborate with venture capital arm to scout and acquire disruptive startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing next-gen innovations (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Expertise in technology ethics and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, AI Act)
