Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with 20+ global research partners
- Identify emerging tech trends and patent opportunities in next-gen computing
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Collaborate with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich research labs
- Drive commercialization of 2026-adjacent technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent expertise)
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations to enterprise level
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Experience with patent strategy and IP monetization
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German (for global partnerships)
