Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for 2026-scale industrial applications
- Design error-corrected quantum circuits with 100+ qubit fidelity
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor PhD researchers and secure $5M+ in government grants
- Develop IP strategy for quantum-resistant encryption protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in linear algebra and computational complexity
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary research teams
- Security clearance preferred for government contracts
