- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record implementing future-focused tech initiatives (quantum/AI/Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscapes and regulatory frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting and ROI analysis
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or equivalent innovation frameworks
- Experience managing global cross-functional teams across 3+ time zones
