Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to forecast market impact and opportunities by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify breakthrough applications of future technologies
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory developments and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Experience with scenario planning and foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or industry journals
