Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and UN SDGs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, bio-digital systems)
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, decentralized AI, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate strategic vision into executable product blueprints
- Drive innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab and NASA JPL partnerships
- Present strategic frameworks to global investors and industry consortiums
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with demonstrable impact on Fortune 500 roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech modeling
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF/SFPS preferred)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go)
- Experience scaling global tech initiatives across 3+ continents
