Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints for emerging tech integration (quantum, neuromorphic, AGI)
- Partner with product teams to define 5-year vision and patent strategies
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Build and lead a dedicated future-tech incubation unit
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, decentralized systems
- Executive-level presentation skills with 50+ board-level presentations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Fluency in scenario planning and technology forecasting models
