Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to prioritize strategic tech investments
- Design and execute proof-of-concept projects for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep understanding of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CDMI) preferred
