Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive solutions
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio of implemented strategic initiatives
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CISSP preferred)
