Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning product development, infrastructure, and customer experience
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups and IP
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track technology adoption metrics across global operations
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Expertise in future-casting methodologies and technology adoption lifecycle frameworks
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation management
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (GDPR, CCPA, emerging AI ethics frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
