Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) that will define our market position by 2026.
- Emerging Tech R&D: Spearhead research initiatives to validate the feasibility of futuristic technologies and prototype pilot solutions within a controlled environment.
- Executive Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for C-level stakeholders, securing buy-in for high-risk, high-reward innovation projects.
- Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class team of futurists, data scientists, and architects dedicated to the next generation of software engineering.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to anticipate competitor moves and regulatory shifts, ensuring Apex Innovations remains agile and ahead of the curve.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with academia, startups, and research labs to stay at the forefront of technological breakthroughs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated history of successfully launching innovative products and navigating complex technological transitions.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning pipelines, and the foundational concepts of Quantum Computing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders without direct authority.
- Adaptability: A track record of working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and pivoting strategies based on new data.
