Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement the 2026 technology vision roadmap
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse, etc.) for commercial applicability
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-relevant solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their strategic implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience working with C-suite executives and boards
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy (preferred)
