Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize the 2026 innovation roadmap across AI, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Future Scenarios' workshops with C-suite executives and academic partners
- Identify and evaluate exponential technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging tech deployment in regulated industries
- Produce annual 'Horizon Report' predicting key socioeconomic shifts post-2025
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Represent company at global futurist forums (WEF, Singularity Summit)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500/Unicorn experience
- Published author on exponential technologies or future studies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or climate engineering
- Proven track record of scaling moonshot projects from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-impacting initiatives launched since 2020
