- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer emerging technologies
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board members for strategic decision-making
- Oversee the incubation of moonshot projects with potential $100M+ market impact
- Curate annual 'Future Horizons' summit featuring global futurists and industry pioneers
- Integrate ESG principles into all innovation frameworks for sustainable 2026 outcomes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or R&D leadership within tech/biotech sectors
- Proven track record of scaling moonshot projects from concept to market launch
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend forecasting, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Strong network of relationships with futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience presenting to Fortune 500 C-suite and board members
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (whitepapers/articles)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, APF)
