Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks by analyzing emerging tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural transformations
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Deliver executive-level strategic briefings and scenario-planning reports for board-level decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion a culture of innovation through workshops, thought leadership, and internal mentorship programs
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks using predictive analytics and horizon scanning methodologies
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly desirable
