Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting future markets
- Build foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy or product development with 2026-focused initiatives
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data visualization and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience leading global innovation teams in tech or consulting
- Deep understanding of SDGs and sustainable development frameworks
- Published research or patents in future-focused domains
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from APF) preferred
