Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, neurotech) and forecast market impacts through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite executives
- Partner with R&D to prototype disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-ready products/services
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI governance, synthetic biology, or spatial computing
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation (e.g., HBR, WIRED)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
