Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for long-term strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author quarterly trend reports that influence product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic thinking
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
