Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for emerging risks and opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Design and implement innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for future-readiness
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into product development pipelines
- Monitor emerging technologies and ethical implications through horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shaping Alternative Futures, Strategic Foresight)
