Responsibilities
- Analyze megatrends and emerging tech (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurointerfaces) to predict 2026 market landscapes
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare and AI sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to build 5-year innovation roadmaps
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and strategic briefings published in Harvard Business Review
- Manage a $2M innovation lab portfolio evaluating 2026-ready technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ trends (e.g., in Wired, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience facilitating executive workshops with Fortune 500 clients
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio of 3+ scenario-planning projects for 2026+ horizons
