Responsibilities

- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate trend insights into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author quarterly innovation briefs for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing trends
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
