Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and emerging domains
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for organizational decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present executive-level briefings on technological disruptions and market shifts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Build and maintain a future-tech ecosystem database with predictive analytics
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend forecasting
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in future technologies or innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
