Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts to forecast industry disruptions through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in tech, healthcare, and finance
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready business models
- Quantify ROI for innovation investments using predictive analytics and market simulation
- Author thought leadership reports published in industry journals and global forums
- Manage a portfolio of 5-7 enterprise clients with dedicated innovation transformation programs
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in Futures Studies (AFS) or similar preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation
