Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps and innovation frameworks for enterprise transformation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to future-proof product development and market positioning
- Quantify market opportunities and risks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Present insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling visual storytelling
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist networks, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on 2026 technology paradigms
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills using tools like Tableau/Power BI
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
