Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socioeconomic patterns, and cultural shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for disruptive innovation opportunities across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on future risk mitigation and growth vectors
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-proof products and services with 3-5 year horizons

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, whitepapers)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Finland Futures Research Centre)
