Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, and economic domains to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026

- Present compelling vision frameworks to executive stakeholders, influencing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and industry reports on emerging paradigms

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Strong command of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or CFTE) preferred
