- Develop 2026+ trend scenarios using horizon scanning, AI-powered analytics, and expert workshops
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing prototype futures for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives and data-driven storytelling
- Establish proprietary forecasting frameworks combining quantitative modeling with qualitative behavioral insights
- Manage client relationships to position Horizon Labs as the definitive thought partner in future strategy
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and exponential trend analysis
- Mastery of strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis, weak signal detection)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into executive-ready insights
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
