- Partner with R&D to identify disruptive technologies requiring investment
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable plans
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex data visualization
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Experience leading global remote teams
