- Produce annual Horizon Scan Reports for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech startup
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning projects
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive-level insights
- Certification in foresight or innovation management (preferred)
