Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation timelines
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight insights into commercialized products and services
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Drive cross-functional innovation initiatives through agile project management
- Author thought leadership content and represent Horizon Labs at global forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or foresight role
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial innovations
