Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizations navigating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Translate complex foresight data into actionable strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops with cross-functional leadership teams
- Produce trend intelligence reports and predictive models for strategic planning cycles
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-facing innovation opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF, CFP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or future-oriented strategy work
