Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ innovation roadmap using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead high-stakes workshops with executive stakeholders to align on future vision and strategic priorities
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to capture first-mover advantages in emerging markets
- Present compelling future narratives to internal teams, investors, and industry thought leaders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Quantify future opportunities through market modeling and competitive scenario analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or related consulting experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, MBA, or equivalent professional certification
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience working with C-suite executives in technology or Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruption (articles, whitepapers, books)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
