Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to identify high-impact opportunities through 2028
- Develop scenario-planning models for clients facing disruption in quantum computing and neurotech
- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite executives to build future-proof organizational strategies
- Produce predictive whitepapers and trend briefs published in industry journals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience advising C-suite on digital transformation and disruption preparedness
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
