Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or hypergrowth tech firms
- Published research on exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (STELLA, AnyLogic, scenario planning software)
- Track record of launching products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Fluency in trend forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks
