Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and emerging industry paradigms
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product development plans
- Analyze geopolitical, economic, and sociocultural factors influencing future business landscapes
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and drive data-driven decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in foresight methodologies and strategic thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation with measurable impact
