Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation framework, aligning with global market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging threats and opportunities across 15+ industries
- Design and manage incubation programs for breakthrough ventures with $10M+ potential impact
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders including Fortune 500 partners and government entities
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track adoption of future-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching ventures with $5M+ ARR in emerging tech sectors
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive business modeling
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or equivalent field
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
