Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ market foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead strategic innovation initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives
- Partner with R&D to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential for our industry
- Design and implement future-proof business models that anticipate disruptive market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and future-oriented thinking
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and strategic progress
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology roadmapping, and disruption analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
