Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation mindsets across 500+ employees
- Present visionary insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Oversee $5M+ innovation portfolio allocation and ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) preferred
