Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global geopolitical, economic, and technological shifts affecting our industry trajectory
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotechnology, climate tech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFtp) preferred
- Track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
