Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal trends, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ opportunities and risks
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks aligned with long-term corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating and scaling disruptive initiatives
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable roadmaps for product development and market entry
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for innovation effectiveness and ROI
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and maintain external partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused projects or published thought leadership
