Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (tech, climate, social) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite leadership and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof products and services
- Establish foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, AI-driven trend forecasting, and expert networks
- Present insights to executive audiences through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Collaborate with R&D to align emerging technologies with long-term business objectives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics modeling, and AI-powered forecasting tools
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation initiatives
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
