Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical implementation of the 2026 Initiative roadmap.
- Design scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures to support high-traffic environments.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met across all projects.
- Oversee the deployment pipeline and CI/CD processes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Proven expertise in Python, Go, or Java with a focus on high-performance systems.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with AI/ML integration frameworks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive projects from conception to delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
