Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ innovation strategy using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global think tanks
- Present future impact assessments to C-suite and board members
- Embed foresight methodologies across product development and corporate strategy
- Build and mentor an internal innovation lab focused on 2030-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation management
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, PhD in Technology/Futures Studies preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-transforming initiatives
