- Secure $5M+ in strategic partnerships and funding for innovation initiatives
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation ROI and impact
- Present innovation strategy to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor senior leaders on future-proofing organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or product development leadership
- Proven track record of launching 3+ market-transforming initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strategic consulting experience at top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan)
- Certification in Design Thinking or Lean Innovation
- Experience scaling global innovation teams (100+ personnel)
