Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) for strategic integration
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Measure and optimize innovation KPIs to ensure commercial viability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in futures thinking, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies or products
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or Futuristics
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) preferred
