- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market positioning

- Produce innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor emerging technologies and disruptors across 15+ industries
- Present future outlooks to executive leadership and investor groups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (PESTEL, STEEP, horizon scanning)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario modeling
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or technology disruption
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ long-range strategic implementations
